A Venetian-style leather mask like this one is handmade by Andracor from approximately 2mm thick leather.
The mysterious leather masks, an expression of sensuality and poetry, were originally made in Venice as theater masks for the stage and are today a seductive accessory for alluring costumes.
The supple, flexible leather is the authentic material of that era and remains highly popular today. It conforms perfectly to the wearer's face, allows the skin to breathe, and can therefore be worn comfortably for several hours – ideal for a stage performance or a glamorous ball.
